Almost 100 journalists from all over the world participated in the poll to select the top three innovations presented in the New Product Showcase at the International Sweets and Biscuits Fair (ISM) in Cologne. The winners were presented on the morning of the third day of the fair:

1. Cacobean AG: KIDI-CHOC child-friendly chocolate with low sugar content
2. ültje: Bolivian peanuts
3. Pralibel N.V.: Dessert pralines

Sorry for delay!

Due to a technical problem for almost 2 weeks I could not write my blog. Sorry for this.

At the end of  January
I was away for visiting ISM (Internationale Sussware Messe) in Cologne, the greatest show of sweet industry. Let me brief you about this year's ISM.
