Mars owned Wrigley is bringing the production of Life Savers mints in-house by expanding its  plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The relocation is expected to be complete by the end of 2010. This move is a part of a strategy which aims to manufacture most of the core products in-house. This way Wrigley expects to improve business from these brands.
